These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phlvip ("phlvip," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the phlvip website located at https://phlvip.app and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the phlvip Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use the phlvip Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine laws and regulations governing online gambling and casino-style gaming.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold phlvip accounts.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of play.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by phlvip or any applicable regulatory body.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of phlvip, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact number and email address.

By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that all information provided is truthful and accurate. Providing false information — including a false date of birth — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) phlvip account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person or allow any third party to access or use your account. phlvip will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify phlvip immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any security breach. You can reach our support team via live chat available 24/7 on the Platform.

• Account balances are non-transferable between players.
• phlvip accounts may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any third party.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, unless you have notified phlvip of a security breach in a timely manner.
• phlvip reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks at any time, including Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures as required by applicable regulations.

All financial transactions on the phlvip Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). phlvip supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at phlvip's discretion.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method selected.
• Deposits are credited to your phlvip account balance upon confirmation of receipt from the relevant payment provider.
• phlvip does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
• phlvip reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified or that is suspected to be associated with fraudulent activity.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. phlvip may request supporting documents before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible.
• Processing times vary by payment method. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within the same business day, subject to verification status.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.
• phlvip reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and to conduct enhanced due diligence on large withdrawal requests.

phlvip may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion details.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live dealer games, table games, and certain specialty games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Slot games typically contribute 100% unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the account without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Abuse Prevention: phlvip reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or any other conduct deemed abusive at phlvip's sole discretion.
• Modification and Withdrawal: phlvip reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

All games available on the phlvip Platform — including slots, live dealer games, keno, bingo, and any other game categories — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software for virtual games, and by real-time dealer actions for live dealer games streamed from licensed studios.
• phlvip is not responsible for any interruption to gameplay caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's side. Bets that have been confirmed and accepted prior to a disconnection will stand.
• In the event of a game malfunction, error, or technical fault that affects the outcome of a round, phlvip reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account balance.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phlvip Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void and will be reclaimed.
• Colluding with other players in any game, including live dealer games, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any legitimate transaction made on the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Registering or using an account on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the Platform's functionality or the experience of other players.

All content on the phlvip Platform — including but not limited to the phlvip brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and all other materials — is the exclusive property of phlvip or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from phlvip.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any phlvip trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner without express written authorization.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used in connection with the Platform.

phlvip collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

phlvip implements industry-standard security measures — including SSL/TLS encryption, secure data storage, and access controls — to protect your personal and financial information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and phlvip cannot guarantee absolute security.

phlvip may be required to disclose player information to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or financial institutions in compliance with applicable Philippine laws and anti-money laundering regulations.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phlvip, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the Platform.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond phlvip's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any reliance placed on information, content, or game results displayed on the Platform.

phlvip's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phlvip account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phlvip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.
• Reasonable suspicion that the account is being used by a person under 21 years of age.

Upon termination for cause, phlvip reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where termination is not due to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of any required verification.

You may close your phlvip account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

phlvip operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction. phlvip makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.

phlvip reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phlvip will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

Your continued use of the phlvip Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.
